Delete your InfoYog account

Delete from the app

Open InfoYog and go to Profile / Account → Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

If you cannot access the app or cannot find the deletion option, use the web request method below.

Request deletion from the web

Email us from your registered InfoYog email address with the subject “Delete my InfoYog account”. We may ask you to confirm account ownership before processing the request. Do not share your password.

What will be deleted

• Your InfoYog account profile and authentication record linked to InfoYog, where deletion is technically available.
• User-associated app data stored by InfoYog.
• Chat-related data associated with your account, if retained by InfoYog.
• App preferences and personal data associated with your account where deletion is legally and technically possible.

What may be retained

We may retain limited information where necessary for security, fraud or abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, tax or accounting obligations, or other legitimate operational requirements.

Deletion timeline

Your account may first enter a temporary deactivation period for up to 30 days. During this period, the account is not available for normal use and may be recoverable. After the grace period, deletion is completed subject to legal, security, and operational retention requirements.
