Welcome to InfoYog — Your Everyday AI Guru. By accessing or using our website, web app, Android app, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use InfoYog.

2. About InfoYog

InfoYog is operated by Pashyaa Technologies Private Limited. InfoYog provides AI-powered assistance, guided Browse categories, trending topics, follow-up prompts, and localized experiences including English, Hindi, and Marathi. App version 1.0.1 includes improvements to Browse, language support, chat loading, response rendering, follow-up prompts, UI polish, app size, and reliability.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You may use certain features without creating an account. Some features may require registration or sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining control over your account, using accurate information, and all activity that occurs through your account. You must use InfoYog only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

4. AI-Generated Responses

InfoYog uses AI systems to generate responses, explanations, suggestions, and follow-up prompts. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for independently verifying important information before relying on it.

5. Browse, Trending Topics, and Public Sources

Browse categories, trending topics, and public-source summaries may depend on third-party websites, feeds, metadata, and public information. Availability, freshness, and accuracy may vary. InfoYog may use identifiable crawler infrastructure for public-source discovery, described at /bot.

6. No Professional Advice

InfoYog is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, tax, security, emergency, or other regulated advice. Do not rely on InfoYog as the sole source for decisions involving health, safety, money, legal rights, compliance, employment, or other high-impact matters.

7. User Content and Responsibilities

You are responsible for the prompts, messages, files, feedback, and other content you submit to InfoYog. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that your content does not violate applicable law or third-party rights. InfoYog does not claim ownership of your content, but may process it to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use InfoYog for illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
  • Submit content that you do not have the right to use or process.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, security measures, or account restrictions.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, attack, disrupt, overload, or misuse the service or its infrastructure.
  • Use InfoYog to generate or distribute malware, spam, phishing, scams, or other harmful content.
  • Misuse Browse, public-source, crawler, or automation-related functionality.
  • Use outputs in a way that violates laws, third-party rights, or these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services and App Stores

InfoYog may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, diagnostics, security, AI response generation, and app distribution. If you download InfoYog from Google Play, your use of the app may also be subject to Google Play terms and policies. Third-party websites, feeds, and services are controlled by their own operators and may have separate terms and policies.

10. Intellectual Property

InfoYog’s software, design, branding, website, app interfaces, logos, and service content are owned by or licensed to InfoYog and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the service except where expressly allowed by us or by applicable law.

11. Service Availability, Changes, and Releases

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of InfoYog at any time. Features, app versions, release notes, supported languages, Browse topics, model behavior, and response quality may change over time. Release descriptions do not create warranties or guarantees.

12. Account Suspension and Deletion

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, misuse the service, or create legal or security concerns. You may stop using InfoYog or request account deletion through the app or at /account/delete, subject to the data retention practices described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Disclaimers

InfoYog is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee that AI outputs, Browse results, trending topics, translations, or follow-up prompts will be correct or suitable for your needs.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InfoYog and Pashyaa Technologies Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of InfoYog after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
