We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate, secure, and improve InfoYog. Depending on how you use the Service, this may include:

• Account Information: If you choose to sign in, we collect basic authentication details such as your email address and a unique user identifier via Firebase Authentication. Passwords are never visible or accessible to us.
• Guest Usage: Certain features are available without creating an account. Guest usage does not require direct personal identifiers.
• User Content: Text or queries you submit for generating AI-powered responses.
• Device & Diagnostic Data: Technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, and performance metrics used to ensure app stability and reliability.
• Analytics Data: Aggregated and pseudonymous usage data used to understand feature usage and improve user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain InfoYog’s core functionality.
• Generate AI-powered responses based on your input.
• Monitor performance, diagnose crashes, and resolve technical issues.
• Improve features, usability, and overall product quality.
• Protect against misuse, abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

3. AI Processing & User Content

InfoYog processes user-submitted content to generate AI-based responses. This processing is limited to what is necessary to provide the requested functionality. This processing may be performed using third-party AI service providers via secure APIs; data submitted through these APIs is not used by such providers to train their general-purpose models.

User content is not used to personally identify users and is not sold. Processing may involve trusted infrastructure and AI service providers operating under strict confidentiality and security obligations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

Limited data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers solely to:

• Authenticate users (e.g., Firebase Authentication).
• Collect analytics and usage insights.
• Monitor crashes and application performance.
• Operate secure hosting and backend infrastructure.

All such providers are contractually required to protect data and use it only for authorized purposes.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill legal or operational requirements.

Users can request account deletion directly from within the app. When an account is deleted:

• The account enters a temporary deactivation (soft delete) state for up to 30 days, allowing the user to recover the account if desired.
• During the grace period, the account is not accessible and excluded from normal app usage.
• After the 30-day grace period, the account and associated personal data are permanently deleted from our systems, subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Your Rights & Choices

• Access, update, or delete your account information through the app.
• Recover your account within the applicable grace period after deletion.
• Manage certain permissions and analytics preferences via device settings.
• Stop using the Service at any time.

8. Children’s Privacy

InfoYog is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If such information is discovered, it will be deleted promptly.
